Clinical Interviewing- No
On Call, Call Back Requirements: 1 weeknight and every 5th weekend
Weekend Rotation: call every 4th weekend
Holiday Requirements: Travelers will work 75% of holidays

Patient Types/Common Diagnoses:
- Surgical Patients 18 years old and under (some special needs of all ages ex: dental)
Patient Ratios:
- RN: 1:1
Required License, National Certification, Certs (BLS, ACLS, etc.), or other position specific requirements such as Driver's License and/or Insurance:
- RN License
- BLS and PALS
Skills required:
- OR skills - circulating surgical cases
Support within the Department:
- CNA: Duties: Yes CAN- assist with VS, Glucose Checks, baths, transporting patients as needed (Hospital has designated Transport Team) ; obtain blood from blood bank
- Receptionist/HUC:
- Charge nurse: yes- each unit
- Phlebotomy: Nurse draws labs
- IV/VAT Team: NO IV Team
- Resource Nurse: No
- RT 24/7: yes
- Hospitalist 24/7: yes
- Intensivist 24/7: yes
- Telemetry monitoring/tech: OR Monitoring
Technology/Equipment:

- VS3 vital sign monitors, Nova Glucose Stat Strips Cardiac Telemetry monitoring

Floating:
- To PACU in Peds as needed
Orientation (facility and unit):
- 1 day orientation with work on educational modules
- 2 days departmental
Scheduling:
- Weekend rotation: call every 4th weekend
- On call: If so, what is that schedule: Call every 4th weekend and 1 week night per week
- Holiday Expectations:
- RTO Requests: Manager approval
- Shift times: 7a-3p; 8a-4p; 7a-4p; 8a-5p
- Schedule cycle: ex) every 6 weeks

- Scrub Color: RN- Surgical Green- scrub exchange system (scrubs issued)
- Parking: Free parking lots around campus but also does have paid parking garage available - ***/month paid in advance for a total of *** for a 13-week contract
