Job Description
Seeking experienced, high-acuity PCU or ICU RNs to support a newly opened Progressive Care Unit. Nurses will care for Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, PCU, and select critical care patients, with potential floating based on census.
Patient Ratios:
- PCU: 1:4
- Medical-Surgical/Telemetry: 1:5–6
- Critical Care: 1:2–3
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
- PCU or ICU experience with high-acuity patient care
- Cerner charting experience
- BLS and ACLS required
- Must be willing to obtain TNCC/TCAR within 30 days of starting
- Trauma Level II experience preferred
