Registered Nurse (RN)
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in an IMC (Intermediate Care) setting. The ideal candidate will exhibit compassion, dedication, and a commitment to high-quality patient care.
Job Details
- Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30)
- Schedule: Every other weekend and some holidays required
- Limited RTO availability during the period of December 22 to January 5
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care in both the Acute Med/Progressive Care unit and the Thoracic unit.
- Monitor patients’ vital signs and telemetry, and respond to changes in condition.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
Qualifications
- Experience in Telemetry, oncology, cardiac, and progressive care required.
- Proven experience with ventilators and transplant patients.
- Must possess a valid Wisconsin RN license or a compact RN license.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications from AHA are required.
- Candidate must successfully pass a telemetry test prior to starting the position.
