Job Summary
The organization is seeking an Operating Room (OR) Registered Nurse (RN) for a temporary assignment at the local healthcare facility. This role involves providing specialized perioperative patient care in a fast-paced surgical environment. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality clinical services and support patient safety during various surgical procedures.
Job Details
- Certifications, Education, Experience, and Location Requirements: Valid Registered Nurse license (compact license accepted), at least 1 year of OR nursing experience, and current ACLS certification are required.
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Responsibilities: Providing preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative care for diverse surgical cases, including orthopedic, gynecological, urological, and general surgeries. Must have strong Orthopedic (Ortho) skills and experience with complex cases such as total joints and fractures.
- Additional Details: The assignment requires the ability to float to alternative facilities in Healdsburg or Santa Rosa Memorial. Candidates should be willing to work weekends, holidays, and respond promptly to on-call requirements.
- Submission Requirements: Candidates must include responses to the specified questions regarding previous experience at Providence facilities and provide two references covering one year (or six months for CNA) within the last three years prior to start.
