Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN)
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) for an immediate start, with a contract duration of 13 weeks. This position offers flexible shifts with a preferred schedule of 0700 to 1700. The selected candidate will be required to provide call coverage for two shifts each month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in surgical procedures and ensure the operating room is prepared and maintained.
- Monitor patient status and vital signs before, during, and after surgical procedures.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical teams to ensure optimal patient care.
- Utilize Cerner charting for accurate and timely documentation.
Qualifications:
- Current BLS certification is required.
- Strong experience in Orthopedic, Neuro, and Trauma nursing is essential.
- Ability to provide effective patient care in a high-stress environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Additional Information:
- Scrubs will be provided for this position.
