🏥 Travel RN – Operating Room (OR) | Cumming, Georgia
📍 Location: Cumming, GA
📅 Start Date: November 2, 2026
🗓️ Contract: 13 Weeks | Ends January 30, 2027
☀️ Shift: Days, Monday–Friday, 6:45 AM–3:15 PM
⏰ Guaranteed Hours: 32 hours/week
✈️ Travel Only: Candidates must live more than 50 miles from the facility.
✨ Assignment Highlights
- Department: Outpatient Surgery Center – Operating Room
- Facility: Northside Hospital Forsyth
- Work Location: Northside Forsyth Outpatient Surgery, 1055 Haw Creek Parkway, Suite 1, Cumming, GA 30041
- Role: OR Circulator
- Scheduling: Rotating late coverage required
- Floating: May float to the 1800 unit and Main OR to complete scheduled hours.
🩺 Your Role
- Provide safe, high-quality perioperative nursing care.
- Perform circulating duties during surgical procedures.
- Collaborate with surgeons and the surgical team to maintain patient safety and efficient OR workflows.
- Float to designated operating room areas as needed.
✅ Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recent Operating Room RN experience
- AHA BLS required
- OR circulating experience required
⭐ Preferred Qualifications
- ACLS preferred
📌 Important Contract Requirements
- Holiday Coverage: Must work 2 of the 3 major holidays—Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, or New Year’s Day—and 1 minor holiday—Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year’s Eve.
- Compliance Deadline: Wednesday before the Monday start date.
- Badge Photo: Required.
- Overtime: Daily OT after 24 hours, based on the specified multiplier; weekly OT after 40 hours.
- Local candidates within 50 miles are not accepted.
