Job Summary (List Format):
- Position: Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN)
- Schedule: 8-hour day shifts (7:00am - 3:30pm) with call requirements (1 day/week rotating, every 5th weekend)
- Call Hours: Weekdays 3:30pm-7am; Weekends Friday 3:30pm-Monday 7am
- Start: ASAP (urgent backfill, pending compliance)
- Experience Required:
- Circulating experience (required)
- PACU experience (required)
- Experience with General, GI, OBGYN, Orthopedic, ENT, Urology, Cataracts, and Podiatry cases (required)
- Previous travel RN experience (highly preferred)
- Scrub experience (highly preferred, not required)
- Certifications Required:
- Active AHA BLS
- Active AHA ACLS
- Active AHA PALS
- Licensure:
- Active New Hampshire RN license (compact allowed)
- Submission Requirements:
- Detailed work history and operating room skills checklist (documented)
- 1 supervisory signed reference from the past year (documented)
- License and certification verifications (documented and current)
- Permanent address and requested time off (RTO) included in submission
- Facility: Androscoggin Valley Hospital, Berlin, NH (25-bed Critical Access Hospital)
- Specialties: General Surgery, GI, OBGYN, Ortho, ENT, Urology, Cataracts, Podiatry
- Compensation: On-call pay $4/hour; OT multiplier x1.25
