Oncology Clinic Position (Chemo Cert Required) Shift times may vary 7a-4p is main, rotating 8a-4:30p time split between Valparaiso and Crown Point Valpo address is 2505 Valley Drive Valparaiso IN. Crown Point location is 10855 Virginia Street. The locations are 20 miles apart, about 35 minutes travel distance
