All Medical Personnel - Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care for a travel nursing job in Miami, Florida.

NICU RN #319724: For 13 weeks. Need 5 Nightshift 1930-0800. 3-12 hr. Shifts. Must have NRP Certification and 2 years of NICU experience.
Job Summary
- Provide and supervise individual patient care on a nursing unit using the nursing process: assess, plan, implement, and evaluate
- Follow unit policies/procedures and support the Patient Bill of Rights
- Work under the supervision of the Nurse Manager/Director
Minimum Requirements
To perform this role successfully, the clinician must be able to complete essential job duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
Licenses & Certifications (Required)
- RN License: Active Florida RN license or Multi-State (eNLC) RN license
- Must remain active and in good standing throughout employment
- BLS (CPR): American Heart Association
- Must remain active and in good standing throughout employment
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
- Must be obtained/maintained active and in good standing within 1 year of hire (per facility policy)
Work Experience (Required)
- Must complete a Critical Care competency assessment tool within 6 months of hire
Preferred Qualifications / Skills
- BSN or currently enrolled in a BSN program
- National certification (preferred within 5 years of hire)
- Pediatric nursing experience in an acute care setting preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office preferred
- Strong ability to prioritize, manage time, and complete tasks with attention to detail
- Strong critical thinking plus verbal/written communication skills
