Submission Requirements: Must have Advanced Tele experience 

Up to date resume that includes 2+ years of experience in acute care setting (specialty) and documents travel experience. 

Skills Checklist matching specialty Active NH or Compact RN license required at time of submission. 

Full NURSYS Report Licenses verification with all active RN licenses 

RTO MUST be included at time of submission 

EMR Exp Preferred: Cerner - experience is preferred not required 

Cardizem and Insulin Drips (insulin for hyperglycemia, not DKA) Phenobarbital on Tele Will Consider First time travelers witrh good experience Traveler may be requested to float to Concord Hospital-Laconia, 80 Highland Street, Laconia, NH, 03246 on an emergency basis

Required Certifications BLS, ACLS, Will need to pass an Advanced Dysrhythmia exam during onboarding Compliance Due By Wed before the Satart date Badge Photo Yes
