RadHealth+ is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Wilmington, North Carolina.

Travel RN – MedSurg/Tele | Wilmington, NC Quick offer | $2,964.00/week
- Location: Wilmington, NC 28401
- Start Date: November 23, 2026
- Contract Duration: 26 Weeks
- Shift: Nights, 4x12s (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM)
- Hours: 48 hours per week
- Experience: Minimum 2 years required
- Certification: BLS required
- Patient Ratio: 1:5–6
- Floating: Required as needed
- Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
Required Clinical Skills:
- Medical-Surgical and Telemetry nursing
- Cardiac monitoring and interpretation/management of dysrhythmias
- IV therapy, phlebotomy, and peripheral line management
- IV heparin drips and heparin protocols
- Blood product administration
- PCA pump management
- Wound care and wound VAC management
- IV insulin protocols and insulin drip titration
- Non-invasive airway management
- Medication administration and infection-control practices
