RN – Medical-Surgical/Telemetry Float Pool | Travel Contract
📌 Location: Boston, MA
📆 Duration: 8 weeks (through 03/27/2027)
🔄 Shift: Rotating Days/Nights
⏰ Hours: 36 hours/week
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of related RN experience
- Active Massachusetts RN license required at submission
- AHA BLS/CPR and AHA ACLS required
- Recent EPIC experience required
- Previous travel nursing experience required
- Level I Trauma experience required
- Teaching hospital experience preferred
- BILH coversheet required at submission
Unit & Responsibilities
- Medical-Surgical/Telemetry Float Pool covering 15 units within a 600-bed facility
- Float across specialties including cardiac, neurology, oncology, transplant, general medicine/surgery, orthopedics, bariatrics, and vascular
- Perform telemetry monitoring, 12-lead EKGs, blood transfusions, and Lasix drip management
- Patient ratios average 1:4 on days and 1:6 on nights
- Flexible rotating schedule with a combination of 8- and 12-hour shifts
- Every other weekend and holidays required
- No on-call requirement
- Any color scrubs accepted
