Med/Surg Tele Registered Nurse (RN)
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Med/Surg Tele Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic environment. The RN will have the potential to float to various units, ensuring consistent care for a similar patient population.
Shifts
- Rotating shifts: Night (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM) / Day (7:00 AM - 7:30 PM)
- Shifts may be variable based on operational needs; efforts will be made to honor preferred shifts.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 12 months of permanent experience in the specialty area of Med/Surg Tele.
- Must possess a permanent Ohio license or a compact state nursing license.
- Certification in BLS and ACLS from AHA or American Red Cross is required.
- NIHSS certification is also required.
Additional Requirements
- Travelers must work at least every other holiday.
- Completion of ECG rhythm recognition test and SafeMedicate assessment during orientation, with acceptable scores on both assessments required.
