Job Description
We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) specializing in Medical Surgical care for night shift positions. This role involves providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, ensuring the safety and comfort of patients undergoing medical treatment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and support across various Medical Surgical units.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes in condition.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physician orders.
- Assist with patient education and discharge planning.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
- Float to different Medical Surgical units as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of current experience in Medical Surgical nursing.
- Telemetry experience is required.
- Completion of a Basic Dysrhythmia course is strongly preferred.
- Experience with Meditech Expanse is highly preferred.
- Current Massachusetts RN license must be in hand at the time of application.
- Active certifications in BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS are mandatory.
- Candidates must have their own vehicle for transportation.
- Must be willing to work every other weekend and holidays as required.

Personal scrubs of any color are required for this position.
