Shifts: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00)

Years of Exp: 2 years acute care experience
First-timers accepted: YES as long as exp requirements are met
Certs REQ: AHA BLS, CO OR COMPACT RN LICENSE
on-call REQ? Yes, per unit needs
Will this traveler need to float within scope to meet facility needs/float between like units? Yes, floating as required and may float to sister facilities based on facility needs within Metro region
Total Staffed Beds: 36
Charting: Epic
Ratios: Patient Ratio: our staffing model calls for 1:5 day shift and 1:6 night shift, Nurse-to-patient ratios may flex up based on staffing and unit needs. While additional support is provided, candidates must be comfortable with and have prior experience working in environments with flexible staffing ratios
Scrub Color: Navy
Special Requirements: 36-bed inpatient medicine tele unit that provides high quality medical and nursing care to a diverse group of patients facing both acute and chronic medical diagnoses
