RN – Med Surg/Telemetry | Lees Summit, MO
Shift: Nights, 3x12s (6:45 PM–7:15 AM)
Start: ASAP | Experience: 2 years required
Weekend: 4–6 shifts every 6 weeks
Call: None | EHR: Epic
Scrubs: Navy
Beds: 30 | Daily Census: 29
Locals: Not accepted within 75 miles
Requirements: BLS, NIHSS, Med Surg/Telemetry experience, cardiac telemetry and dysrhythmia management, IV/PICC/central line care, heparin protocols, blood administration, cardiac drips (no titration), oxygen/HFNC, wound care, chest tubes, feeding tubes, and rapid response/code team experience.
Patient Population: General intermediate care, sepsis, CHF, arrhythmias, AMI, CVA/TIA, post-op, orthopedic, urology, GI bleed, and altered mental status.
Additional Details: Floating between units/facilities may be required. Active Kansas and Missouri licenses or compact license required at submission. Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions only). Maximum 7 days RTO; all RTO must be submitted upfront. Compliance documents due 2 Fridays before start; pre-start modules are non-billable. Guaranteed 3 shifts per 13 weeks, subject to facility cancellation policy.
