Travel Nursing Job Details

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,120-$2,230
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
• Shift: 8-hour shifts
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Contract Duration: Approximately 10 weeks, from October 19, 2026 through December 31, 2026
• Additional Coverage: On-call and weekend availability is required
• Travel Requirements: Local travel between patient visits is required; mileage reimbursement is available between visits
• Dress Code: Blue scrubs

Home Health RN Job Requirements

• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Associate degree in Nursing or higher
• At least 1 year of professional RN experience; home health nursing experience is strongly preferred
• Professional nursing certification required for the assignment
• Strong clinical assessment, organization, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to travel independently throughout Dallas and nearby service areas
• Homecare Homebase (HCHB) experience is preferred

Home Health Registered Nurse Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing visits to patients in their homes
• Complete patient admissions, initial assessments, reassessments, and ongoing care planning
• Perform accurate OASIS assessments and maintain timely, thorough clinical documentation
• Assess patient conditions, identify changes in health status, and coordinate appropriate interventions
• Educate patients and caregivers on medications, treatment plans, disease management, and safety practices
• Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary team members, patients, and families to promote continuity of care
• Manage an efficient daily visit schedule while meeting productivity expectations
• Participate in required on-call and weekend coverage
