A community hospital in Cozad, NE is seeking a versatile Travel Med Surg RN who can also float to the Emergency Department as needed. This role is ideal for a confident, adaptable nurse who can manage inpatient Med Surg/telemetry patients while supporting ER flow during high volume or critical situations.

Minimum 1 year of RN experience
BLS
Strong Med Surg competency
Ability to float to ER confidently
Solid triage skills and ability to respond to emergent situations
Additional common requirements for Med Surg/ER RNs:
ACLS
NIHSS
Telemetry monitoring experience
IV starts, wound care, rapid assessment skills
