Prime Time Healthcare Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Peoria, Illinois.
Job Description & Requirements

- Shifts & Scheduling: 12 hour shifts- 7-730. Travelers will fill the shifts with the greatest need.
- Weekend Requirement: 4 weekend shifts per schedule period.
- Holiday Requirement: Yes, will go in core staff rotation.
-Department: MedSurg Women's Care Unit
- # of Beds: 18
- Nurse/Patient Ratios: 1:5-6
- Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, and Current Illinois Nursing License.
- Common diagnoses/Types of patients: Hysterectomy, mastectomy, postpartum patients (mom's only), general medical/surgical patients.
- Experience or 'Must have' skills: 2 years of experience in MedSurg. Must have experience with NG placement, foley placement, blood admin, titrate drips (heparin and insulin).
- Charting System: EPIC
