- Comfort with standard onboarding, compliance, and competency requirements
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, high-quality care to adult medical-surgical patients
- Assess patients, monitor changes in condition, and communicate effectively with the care team
- Administer medications and treatments according to nursing protocols and patient needs
- Document care accurately and maintain clear, timely charting
- Support patient education, discharge planning, and continuity of care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to promote positive patient outcomes
