Job Responsibilities
- Provide coordinated nursing care to individual patients or an assigned group of patients.
- Deliver care according to established nursing standards and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct assigned nursing staff at various levels.
- Coordinate patient care with other healthcare disciplines.
- Apply critical thinking, independent judgment, and professional discretion in clinical decision-making.
