As a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse, you will provide coordinated nursing care to patients, supervising and directing nursing staff while collaborating with other healthcare providers. This role emphasizes critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgment to ensure patient safety and well-being in a caring environment.
