-2 plus yrs of current LTACH experience required. MS/ TELE or ICU experience- 1:4 ratios; Meditech EMR, -AHA BLS, AHA ACLS & NIH required; must also have KY or compact license. -Float required within scope of practice; every other weekend required. -Blocked scheduling cannot be accommodated. -Flu vaccine required- declinations not accepted. Medical and religious exemptions approved on a case-by-case basis.
