Job description
Focus Staff is seeking a travel nurse RN LDRP - Labor Delivery Recovery & Postpartum for a travel nursing job in Colby, Kansas.
Job Description & Requirements
- Specialty: LDRP - Labor Delivery Recovery & Postpartum
- Discipline: RN

- Duration: 13 weeks
- 48 hours per week
- Shift: 12 hours, nights
- Employment Type: Travel
L&D / OB RN – 13-Week Contract
- Shift: 6 PM–6 AM (Nights)
- Hours: 36 or 48 hours/week
- Openings: 1
- Required Certifications: NRP, ACLS, Fetal Heart Monitoring
- Unit: 4 LDRP beds + 2 postpartum flex beds
- Ratios: 1:1 Labor | 1:3 Postpartum
- Deliveries: Approximately 200/year (10–20/month)
- Support: Respiratory Therapy and surgical team for C-sections
- Floating: May float to Med/Surg to assist with patient care when OB census is low
Neonatal Care: No NICU. Well-baby nursery available. Infants requiring bubble CPAP may be monitored 1:1. Infants requiring intubation or higher-level care are transferred to another facility.
