Job Description – RN | Labor & Delivery (L&D)
Shift: 12-hour night shifts
Guaranteed Hours: 48 hours per week
EMR: Epic strongly preferred
Interview: Clinical interview required through TotalMed MSP
First-Time Travelers: Accepted
On-Call: None
Scrubs: Teal scrubs provided
1. Facility & Unit Information
- Total Beds: 20
- Labor & Delivery: 12 beds
- Postpartum/Antepartum: 8 beds
- Additional Areas: 3 OB/ED rooms, 2 operating rooms
- NICU: 6-bed Level II NICU
- Provider Support: Nurse practitioner on call
2. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience.
- Strong Labor & Delivery experience.
- BLS certification.
- NRP certification.
- Fetal monitoring certification/competency.
- Must be comfortable with postpartum (PP) experience or have some exposure to it.
