Job Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct training needs assessments through interviews, surveys, and performance data.
- Design and develop instructional materials, including facilitator guides, e‑learning modules, job aids, and workshops.
- Build e‑learning content using tools such as Articulate 360 or Adobe Captivate.
- Facilitate training sessions in-person or virtually.
- Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, metrics, and follow‑up studies.
- Maintain training records and curriculum databases.
- Collaborate with managers, SMEs, and vendors to design and deliver learning solutions.<. /> <. /> Requiured Experience & Certification:<. /> 2 Years of experience within the speciality.<. /> BLS (AHA)<. /> ACLS (AHA)<. /> NRP<. /> AWHONN<. /> TX state license or Any compact license
Med Ninjas Job ID #19458. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
