APN Healthcare Services Inc is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a travel nursing job in Fountain Valley, California.

Job Description & Requirements

• Shift: 12 hours, nights
• Employment Type: Travel

Required Skills & Experience:  
-Minimum of six (6) months' demonstrated nursing experience.
-Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in Perinatal Services.
-Must demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
-Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English.
-Ability to maintain flexibility and work well in a fast paced, constantly changing environment.
-Ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload.
-Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the Health System.
-Ability to cover call shifts (24/7).

Preferred Skills & Experience:  
-Understanding of applicable regulatory requirements.
-Bilingual skills to communicate effectively with patients and families.

Education:

Required Education:  
-Bachelor of Science in Nursing.

Required Certifications & Licensure:  
-CA Registered Nurse License.
-Basic Life Support.
-Advanced Cardiac Life Support.
-Neonatal Resuscitation Program.

Preferred Certifications & Licensure:  
-Pediatric Advanced Life Support.
