Job Details
- Position Description: Travel RN Labor and Delivery at a women's hospital with 23 beds, specializing in high-risk obstetric care, including magnesium and insulin drips, circulations, and scrubbing procedures. The unit features EMR systems such as CPN and Meditech, with a team comprised of 1 CNC, 6 RNs, 2 CSTs, 3 OR RNs, and 1 Secretary.
- Location: Arlington, general area.
- Shift Schedule: Day shift, 12-hour shifts, working a minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Valid RN license, 1 year of travel experience in high-risk OB labor and delivery, certification in Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), intermediate fetal monitoring, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Basic Life Support (BLS).
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in obstetrics and high-volume, high-risk obstetric care.
- Additional Information: This role requires working three shifts per week, with scheduled time off needing approval, including two major winter holidays and one minor winter holiday. Candidates should be team players who thrive in busy environments and are adaptable to unit policies and technology.
