Must Have
- Active VA/Multisate RN license
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum 2 years of infusion experience
- Ambulatory oncology experience
- Ability to pass a chemotherapy test and demonstrate competency in chemotherapy administration
- Epic EMR experience/access required
- Chemotherapy certification is not required
