Requirements
Active RN license valid for the state of practice (California).
Current BLS certification from an approved provider.
Epic experience is required.
Acute-care facility experience is preferred.
BSN is preferred.
Ability to provide coordinated nursing care, assess patient conditions, implement care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes.
Strong communication, critical-thinking, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills.
