Compensation

• Gross Weekly Pay: $3,055

• Taxable Pay: $1,508/week

• Non-Taxable Stipend: $1,547/week

Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Travel ICU Registered Nurses to join a busy critical care team in Fort Myers, FL.

Nurses will work across two 14-bed ICU units and provide critical care to patients with complex medical conditions. Both day and night shift opportunities are available.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent ICU experience.

• Active RN license.

• BLS certification.

• ACLS certification.

• NIHSS certification.

• Epic charting experience.

• Prior travel experience preferred.

• Degree accreditation must be included in the candidate profile.

Unit & Clinical Details

• Two ICU units: 7N and 8N.

• 14 beds per unit.

• Patient-to-nurse ratio: 2:1.

• EMR: Epic.

• Common diagnoses include:

  • Respiratory failure

  • End-stage renal disease (ESRD)

  • Congestive heart failure (CHF)

  • Septic shock

  • Cardiac arrest

Schedule & Additional Information

• Both day and night shifts available.

• 48 hours per week.

• No on-call requirements.

• Floating is required between ICU units and potentially other sister campuses.

• Travelers are first to float.

• Scrub colors: Galaxy Blue or White.

• All requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed at submission.

• 50-mile radius rule applies; local candidates within the restricted radius are not accepted.

• Hard document deadline: Monday before the start date.

• Clinical interview and offer process.
