• Duration: 8 weeks
• Shift: 12-hour nights, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Shifts Per Week: 3
• Hours Per Week: 36
• Guaranteed Hours: 72 hours biweekly
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,360 - $2,480
• Weekend Requirement: Every third weekend
• Schedule Notes: Limited time off requested; holiday time off is not approved for this assignment

Job Requirements

• 2+ years of recent ICU nursing experience required
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• BLS and ACLS certifications through AHA required
• Epic EHR experience required
• Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced acute care environment
• Experience caring for critically ill adult patients preferred
• Ability to support occasional pediatric critical care needs and stroke-related care as needed

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality bedside care to critically ill patients in the ICU
• Monitor, assess, and respond to changes in patient condition with urgency and accuracy
• Care for patients with respiratory failure, sepsis, post-surgical complications, and other acute medical needs
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to deliver safe, coordinated patient care
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in Epic
• Support stabilization and ongoing management of complex critical care patients
• Maintain a calm, professional presence while working in a high-acuity clinical setting
