Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver coordinated nursing care to assigned patients according to established standards and the nursing process.
• Assess patient needs and provide appropriate nursing interventions.
• Monitor patient condition and respond to changes in clinical status.
• Supervise and direct assigned nursing staff at various levels.
• Coordinate patient care with physicians and other healthcare disciplines.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.
• Apply critical thinking and clinical judgment when making patient-care decisions.
• Exercise professional and supervisory discretion in managing patient care.
• Use independent judgment to prioritize and address patient needs.
• Ensure safe, effective, and timely delivery of nursing care.
• Follow established facility policies, procedures, and standards of care.
