Requirements

* 1 year of recent ICU RN experience in a large critical care facility setting

* Active Kansas RN License or Compact/Multi-State RN License in hand

* Active BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications in hand

* Floating flexibility as needed (2 East Intermediate Care, 2 North Medical, 3 West Post-Surgical, or 3 North Overflow Med-Surg/Negative Airflow)

* Core critical care competencies and successful completion of orientation starting on Mondays

Preferred Qualifications

* Combined ICU and Med/Surg clinical background

* Strong proficiency with mechanical ventilation management and critical care vasoactive drip titration

* Prior travel contract experience (No new graduates)
