As an Intensive Care Registered Nurse, you will deliver coordinated nursing care to critically ill patients. Your role involves assessing patient health, developing care plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. You will also supervise other nursing staff and provide education to patients and families.
