Job Summary:
Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse position located in en_US. This role involves performing independent nursing functions and delegated medical tasks within the ICU setting. The nurse will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while promoting health education and providing supportive therapy to ensure patient well-being.
Job Details:
- Shift: Nights, 3-12 hour shifts, 36 hours per week, from 11/09/2026 to 02/06/2027
- Requirements: Current licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice, BLS (American Heart Association), ACLS (American Heart Association)
- Responsibilities include providing nursing care, health counseling, health data assessment, health teaching, medication monitoring, documentation, and executing delegated medical functions
- Preferred qualifications: Previous ICU nursing experience and additional certifications appropriate for ICU service
- Must perform health assessments, develop and monitor treatment plans, and execute life-supportive interventions within scope of practice
- May be required to float to other departments within competency and qualifications or be placed on-call during scheduled shifts
