Home Health RN – Travel Assignment
Key Requirements
Required
- AHA BLS.
- Active Michigan and Wisconsin licenses.
- Valid driver's license.
- OASIS charting experience.
- Associate degree or certificate.
- Ability to perform home health visits and manage a varied patient caseload.
Facility: Aspirus at Home
Location: Ironwood, Michigan
Contract: 13 weeks
Start Date: ASAP
- 8–10-hour day shifts
- Shift header lists 8:00 AM–4:30 PM; exact daily schedule may vary.
Contract
- 13 weeks
- 36 guaranteed hours per week
- Eligible for 36 hours of low-census unbillable hours.
Schedule
- Every 3rd weekend.
- Holiday rotation required.
- On-call: Every 4th weekend and 1 weekday.
