Care Career is seeking a travel nurse RN Home Health for a travel nursing job in Owing Mills, Maryland.

Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Schedule: Day shift, 5x8 hours
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of home health nursing experience required.
- Previous travel experience required.
- OASIS documentation experience required.
- Maryland or Compact RN license.
- BLS required.
- Valid driver's license and current auto insurance.
- Reliable personal vehicle required.
- Home care experience with adult and geriatric patients.
Patient / Productivity Details:
- Patient population: Adults and geriatrics.
- Expected daily visit volume: Approximately 6 visits.
- Productivity expectation: 30 points per week.
- Daily census: 600.
- Patient ratio/visit experience: Approximately 6 visits per day.
Clinical Skills / Responsibilities:
- Home health assessments, admissions, and Start of Care.
- OASIS documentation.
- Routine visits, recertifications, and resumption of care.
- Case management and coordination of services.
- Discharge planning and patient education.
- Wound care, pressure ulcer staging, and wound VAC management.
- Medication assessment and management.
- IV therapy, central lines, ports, and phlebotomy.
- G-tube, NG tube, ostomy, and catheter care.
- Diabetes and blood glucose management.
- Pain assessment and management.
- Oxygen, nebulizer, and respiratory care.
- Palliative and hospice symptom management.
- Post-operative care, including total joint replacement and amputation.
- Clinical assessment and documentation.
Call / Weekend Requirements:
- Primarily Monday–Friday.
- Call may be requested if needed.
- Weekend coverage may be required, but is not generally expected for contractors.
