Genie Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Home Health for a travel nursing job in Baytown, Texas.

Location: The Woodlands/Conroe, TX | 30–40 mile radius
Shift: 5x8 Days | 8 AM–5 PM, Monday–Friday
Contract: 8 weeks
Start: 2 weeks from offer
Setting: Outpatient; approximately 20% of visits are in Assisted Living Facilities
Charting: WellSky/OASIS
Scrubs: Clean/professional with closed-toe shoes
Requirements:
- 1 year of recent LPN experience
- Minimum 6 months of recent Home Health LPN experience
- Private Duty experience will not be considered
- BLS & First Aid (AHA/ARC) required
- Traveler may need to work weekends/holidays for patient needs with supervisor approval
