Location: Lillington, NC

Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm
Oncall required if requested
change based on staff and branch needs
Guaranteed Hours: 0 hours
Productivity Units: 30 units
Qualifications: HCHB, Oasis, and HH experience required
We need a SOC nurse in Harnett County with the possibility of floating to Moore, Lee or Chatham Counties as needed.
Skills
Homecare Homebase Software Experience - Required
OASIS Experience - Required
Current state license as a Registered Nurse - Required
CHPN certification - Preferred
Proof of current CPR certification - Required
Current driver's license - Required
Must have reliable transportation and insurance - Required
1-2 years experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical care setting - Required
2+ years Home health experience - Required.
Education
Graduate of an accredited Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program - Required
Bachelors of Science in Nursing - Preferred
