Position Overview
Ardor Health Solutions is seeking an experienced and compassionate Travel Registered Nurse (RN) for an exciting Home Health assignment in Christiansburg, VA.
This opportunity offers a Monday–Friday schedule and a $2,100 weekly blended rate. The ideal candidate will have previous Home Health experience and be confident providing high-quality, patient-centered skilled nursing care in patients’ homes.
Candidates should be comfortable working independently in the field, managing a home health caseload, and completing OASIS assessments and required Home Health documentation.
Assignment Details
- $2,100 per week blended rate
- Monday–Friday schedule
- Home Health setting
- Hands-on skilled nursing care in patients’ homes
- Complete required Home Health documentation
- Complete OASIS assessments and documentation
- Manage and coordinate patient care throughout the Home Health episode
- Must be comfortable working independently in the field
- Strong assessment and documentation skills required
Requirements
- Active and valid Virginia RN license
- Current BLS certification
- Previous Home Health RN experience required
- OASIS experience required
- Homecare Homebase (HCHB) experience preferred
- Strong assessment and clinical judgment skills
- Strong documentation and time-management skills
- Ability to independently manage a Home Health caseload
