Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver coordinated nursing care to assigned patients according to established standards and the nursing process.
• Assess patient conditions and provide appropriate nursing interventions.
• Monitor patients and recognize changes in clinical status.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care.
• Supervise and direct assigned nursing staff at various levels.
• Coordinate patient care with physicians and other healthcare disciplines.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.
• Utilize critical thinking and independent clinical judgment in patient-care decisions.
• Prioritize patient needs and respond appropriately to changes in condition.
• Exercise professional and supervisory discretion when managing patient care.
• Maintain safe, effective, and timely delivery of nursing services.
• Follow facility policies, procedures, and established standards of care.
