Required Skills
- Strong emergency nursing assessment and triage skills
- Ability to prioritize rapidly changing patient needs across varied acuity levels
- Proficiency with medication administration, monitoring, and emergency interventions
- Clear, accurate documentation and strong communication with interdisciplinary teams
- Team-oriented mindset in a high-volume environment
Nice to Have Skills
- Trauma and high-acuity emergency experience
- Experience with electronic health record (EHR) documentation
- Previous travel/contract nursing experience
Preferred Education and Experience
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (state or compact as applicable)
- Minimum 2–3 years of Emergency Department RN experience
- Certifications:
- BLS (required)
- ACLS (required)
- PALS (required)
Other Requirements
- CPI certification required
- TNCC preferred
- Schedule expectation: weekend nights (Friday/Saturday/Sunday), 12-hour shifts (5:00 PM–5:00 AM)
