- Position: Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN)

- Shift: 12-hour nights, 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM
- Schedule: Every other weekend and every other holiday
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,040 - $2,150
- Location: Newton, Iowa 50208
Job Requirements
- Active RN license in the state of assignment
- Minimum of 1 year of recent Emergency Room or Emergency Department nursing experience
- Current BLS certification
- Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to perform in a high-acuity emergency care environment
- Comfortable working night shift travel nurse schedules and a rotating weekend/holiday rotation
- Ability to complete required onboarding, compliance, and travel nursing documentation
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, efficient, and compassionate care to patients in the Emergency Department
- Assess patient conditions, prioritize care, and respond quickly to changing clinical needs
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to established protocols
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to support positive patient outcomes
- Document assessments, treatments, and patient responses accurately and thoroughly in the medical record
- Maintain a calm, professional presence in a fast-paced, high-pressure emergency room environment
