Job Summary
Emergency Room RN Located in Merrill. This position involves providing high-quality emergency care in a fast-paced environment. The role requires excellent clinical skills, resilience, and the ability to manage change effectively.
Job Details
- Position Description: Emergency Room RN at an acute care facility.
- Certifications, Education, and Experience Requirements: WI RN License, BLS, ACLS, TNCC, and PALS certifications; Associate Degree or Certificate; at least 2 years of emergency room experience; prior travel experience preferred.
- Schedule: Rotating shifts, 12-hour variable days/nights (7:00 AM 7:30 PM, 8:00 AM 8:30 PM, 9:00 AM 9:30 PM, 7:00 PM 7:30 AM); minimum 36 hours per week.
- Additional Responsibilities: May be required to float to nearby facilities such as Wausau, Antigo, Medford, and Stanley. No on-call requirements, but can be scheduled on call during low census times; call back pay is applicable with a minimum of 2 hours.
- Qualifications: Must have at least 2 years of ER experience, valid WI RN licensure, and current certifications in BLS, ACLS, TNCC, and PALS.
- Other Requirements: Ability to work independently in a high-paced environment, manage tasks efficiently, and demonstrate strong resilience and adaptability.
- Submission Requirements: Candidates must be available to start on or around November 2, 2026, with the assignment running through January 30, 2027.
