Emergency Room (ER) Nurse in Ocala, Florida. This position involves providing specialized emergency care within a Level 2 Trauma Center. The role requires delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, ensuring optimal outcomes for acute and trauma cases.
Job Details
- Position Description: Emergency Room (ER) Nurse responsible for the collection of patient data in a 31-bed Emergency Department, with a staff of approximately 60 healthcare professionals, including charge nurses, triage nurses, mid-shift nurses, medics, and greeters.
- Required Qualifications: Valid Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC) certifications. No minimum years of previous experience required.
- Schedule: Night shifts, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week, with a start date of 11/16/2026 and end date of 02/15/2027.
- Additional Information: Candidates should be prepared to work in a Level 2 Trauma Center environment and adhere to unit policies and dress code (Navy scrubs preferred).
