Job Details
- Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License, Basic Life Support (BLS) American Heart Association, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) American Heart Association, six (6) or more months of relevant nursing experience or participation in a nurse residency program.
- Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, perform disease-specific assessments, ensure clinical documentation, deliver patient education, coordinate care, participate in multidisciplinary discharge planning, administer medications, utilize point-of-care electronic documentation, and implement evidence-based nursing practices.
