13-Week Travel Assignment
Position Details:
- Specialty: Care Coordination / Case Management
- Shift: Days | 8 Hours
- Schedule: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours/Week
- Weekend Requirement: 2 weekends per month
- Charting System: Cerner
Requirements: Active California RN License BLS Certification LA City Fire & Safety Certification Minimum 2 years of RN experience Strong Care Coordination experience BSN not required
