Qualifications
• Required Associate's Degree Nursing
• Required Bachelor's Degree of Science in Nursing must be obtained within 5 years for those who start in this RN role on or after January 1, 2017 (CHGR)
• Required Bachelor's Degree of Science in Nursing must be obtained within 7 years for those who start in this RN role between January 1, 2013 and December 31, 2016 (CHGR)
• Required Bachelor's Degree of Science in Nursing must be obtained within 5 years for those who start in the RN role on or after 1/21/2024 CHS.
• Successful completion of a competency-based orientation program Required
• LIC-Registered Nurse (RN) - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required
• CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association 90 Days required Or
• CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross 90 Days required
• CRT-Specialty Certification - UNKNOWN Unknown Upon Hire preferred
• CRT-Adv Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - AHA American Heart Association CHS (Niles and SJ hospital) 2 Yrs preferred
