We are looking for an experienced RN Case Manager to join our team
Requirements:
Active, unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
1-2 years of recent Case Management experience preferred.
Experience with care coordination, utilization review, and discharge planning.
Strong knowledge of patient assessment and individualized care planning.
Experience coordinating care with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, home health agencies, and community resources.
Knowledge of medical necessity, insurance authorizations, and payer requirements.
BLS certification required.
💵 Compensation
W2: $15/hour on W2
Stipend: $1,642/ Weekly
Gross Weekly: $2,242/ Weekly
